These roundtable discussions will be small, interactive gatherings of SPR members in company boardrooms/meeting rooms to discuss, debate & learn about topical issues. There will be a short presentation before having the opportunity to discuss and ask questions whilst enjoying coffee and croissants.

The first of these, titled Metaverse, is kindly hosted by Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate Partners.

What are the real world use cases for the Metaverse?
What are the impacts on real estate?
Is the Metaverse all hype…?

No prior knowledge of the subject is required, just a willingness to engage with fellow researchers.
