Is this development a natural evolution in the property market or is it a revolution caused by the impact of the pandemic on ways of working, living and shopping?
This webinar will discuss this and other issues related to operational real estate such as what the challenges are for property investors, occupiers and researchers in understanding, researching and valuing it, but also what the opportunities are, such as developing and investing in more flexible, sustainable, customer-centric real estate assets, which are fit for the future.
It will comprise an introductory presentation followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
